Falcons of Narabedla

This is the expanded version of the text, first published by Ace in 1964. The word count is around 40K. As per the current rules covering Ace Doubles, we list this work as a NOVEL even though it's possible that the actual word count is slightly lower than the usual 40K threshold. This version is not to be confused with the original version, which was first published in 1957. This version ends with the words "I heard it, drew a deep breath and then put my arm around Cynara, calling to Adric to come and share it with me", while the original version ends with the words "She smiled. "Does it?" But her bright eyes had given me my answer, and I never had to make up my mind again". Note that some editions and some secondary sources claim that this work is a part of the {{S|Darkover}} series. According to {{SFE}}, it's only marginally related.
