Contents and page numbers from the 1992 reprint, which says "Reprinted eight times" on the copyright page. The artists, {{A|Paul Crompton}} and {{A|Wendy Hall}}, are credited on the copyright page in the back of the book after page 63. The uncredited questionnaire "Points for Understanding" ends on page 61. It is followed by a blank page and page 63, which lists "A Selection of Guided Readers Available at Elementary Level".
