Notes
Page numbering has several irregularities. Starting from "The Burden of Guilt", the page numbering is 4 pages off: the end of the preceding short story "A Winter's Tale" is in page 49, but the start page of "The Burden of Guilt" is printed as 47 when it should be 51. Another 2 additional pages is added when page number of the end of "The Burden of Guilt" is given as 94 (but is actually 98). This is followed by an empty page and the following page where the story "The Christmas Witch" begins is numbered again 94, when it in reality is page 100. After that, the page numbers run consistently and the essay "How I Came To Write Speak Daggers To Her" begins in page 99 (which is actually page 105). The essay is two and a half pages long and ends on page 101 (actually 107). An empty page follows and the "About the Author" in a page with a Roman numeral.
