Notes
Many sources give the title as of the Golden Gryphon Press edition as The Resurrection Man's Legacy and Other Stories. The only reference to this title in the book is in the Library of Congress CIP data on the copyright page. Even so, the LCCN record gives the title as The Resurrection Man's Legacy. The 2014 ebook edition is the first one to use the extended title.
