Internally there are differences: ['77] on the title page under ace books has A Division of Charter Communications Inc over A GROSSET & DUNLAP COMPANY; ['76] has A Division of Grosset & Dunlap, Inc. The ads in the back, though of the same time-frame, are also different: ['77] 7I, 33I, 71A, 6H, 64B, 45C, 70A and an unnumbered ad for two Fuzzy books by H. Beam Piper; ['76] 14L, 33I, 34C, 35K, 36F, 44F, 45B, 70A, 71A Grosset bought Charter in '77, so the printing with Charter in the publisher name is the later of the two The artist is not credited, no visible signature
