• A folded lyric sheet is inserted in the cassette case, which has no card cassette label, but a prone-to fading white-text-on-orange sticker in the outside of the case.
• The cassette label and lyric sheet are printed in black ink on burnt orange paper.
• The cassette was issued in the hardcover and paperback slipcased editions 0-06-015545-0 and 0-06-015546-X.
• The cassette was also available for purchase, distributed by Valley Productions
