Apparent first printing. No "The" in overall title anywhere - the entire name is actually lower-case on spine, cover and title page, Initial Caps on Copyright page, but has been regularised to ISFDB standards. "Thomas M. Disch" is "Thomas Disch" in contents, "David I. Masson" is "David Masson" and "Brian W. Aldiss" is "Brian Aldiss", but full names are given on title pages.
