- The copyright page lists the A&R Sydney office first & states printed in Australia and other information implying an Australian edition (i.e. not Angus & Robertson (UK)); however, the dust jacket, surprisingly, has a price of £1.40 printed on it. (Presumably UK £ 'cos Australia went to $ in 1966.) (Maybe the jackets were usually clipped for the Australian market?)
- The cover art appears to be uncredited.
- Small hc - not much bigger than a "pb" in size.
- "Pacific Books" isn't mentioned (as a imprint / publisher's series on the publication, except as part of the title. (cf various editions / printings of the 1st in the series, and later editions / printings of this title / variant title.)
