According to the publisher's website, there was three states: a trade edition bound in full cloth, smyth-sewn, with full-color dustjacket artwork by Alan M. Clark (this record), a limited edition of 400 numbered copies signed by all contributors, bound in leather, and protected inside a handmade cloth slipcase ($75), and a deluxe lettered edition of 52 copies signed by all contributors, satin ribbon page marker, protected inside a custom-made leather traycase, and featuring additional full-color artwork by Glenn Chadbourne ($250).
