• The copyright page contains the complete Library of Congress Cataloging in Publication Data including the year of publication (1988), the ISBN (0-395-48307-7), and the {{LCCN|88-12712}}.
• Year of publication stated on the title page. Month is from the code "10184588" printed on the front flap of the dustjacket, which is corroborated by Locus1.

• Pages for stories differ than those given on the book's contents page.
