No statement of printing or edition. The title page states "1964" and the two Clute encyclopedias agree. However the copyright statement and other secondary sources (including Joshi, below) state 1965. Donald Sidney-Fryer's Emperor of Dreams further states the publication date was June 1965. The colophon states that 1000 copies were printed. The actual number is 1016 copies per S.T. Joshi's Sixty Years of Arkham House.
