- Ganley writes: "This was published as a "Weirdbook special issue," so didn't get an ISBN until later on when I started publishing books in actual book form. It's in magazine format — size 8.5 x 11 inches — a "perfectbound" item of 64 pages + covers. The print-run was 1200 copies, but about 250 were bound in hard covers." At the time of data entry, none of WorldCat, Amazon, or Abebooks had anything listed under this "later" ISBN.
