- Some copies are numbered (P2 copy), some have the space for a number, but no number filled in (P1 copy).
- Some copies have a copyright statement glued onto the copyright page (P2 copy has this copyright, P1 does not).

- Some copies have dust jackets without an illustration. Neither P1 or P2 verification copy has a dust jacket.
