Amazon.com gives 204 pages and Sep 1997 date (later reprint?), while Amazon.co.uk also 204pp and October 2005, its Search Inside shows "Reprinted in 1995 and 2000" at the copyright page and the Appreciation actually as by John Lindsey; however a web search suggests that there was one Lindsay active at the Scottish university whose publisher Polygon is.
