- The above statements would indicate the book was printed twice before being officially published or the year in the second line is a typo and should read 1977
- Cover art is credited to Bennett on the back cover, front cover is also signed
- P1 copy is printed in Canada and except for the "Second printing ..." statement is identical to the first printing [US and Canadian]
- Copyright page does state that the US and Canadian editions were published on the same day
- OCLC has one record for a Pocket edition {{OCLC|2368347}} but is not specific to printing
