The copyright page contains the complete Library of Congress Cataloging in Publication Data including the year of publication (1986, incorrect), the ISBN (0-87795-858-0), and the LCCN (86-17258).
The ten pages before page 1 are not numbered but have been given roman numerals for this record in order to place the interiorart records.
The maps on pages [vi] and [vii] are not credited but are clearly signed "Chelsea Quinn Yarbro '83".
