The printing history in the Penzler Books edition gives the date as September. However, Chalker/Owings states that the Penzler and Mirage editions are from the same print run, differing only in the title, copyright and limitation pages as well as the binding. Despite the dates listed in the Penzler edition, Chalker/Owings states that the Penzler binding preceded the Mirage bindings by 3 weeks.
