WorldCat {{OCLC|224521099}} specifically implies that the Grosset & Dunlap edition is a copyright 1907, but may not have been published then. Other editions may also be copyright 1907, but published later. The Grosset & Dunlap edition claims that the copyright is held by Doubleday, Page & Co., and specifies that their edition was published in Sept. 1907. We conclude that the Doubleday edition is the true first edition, and the Grosset & Dunlap edition was published later in 1907 than the Doubleday edition.
