  • Library binding (no dustjacket) in a limited press run, initially of 250 copies. The book had at least two printings: the first in violet cloth, the second (undated) in turquoise cloth.

    Presumably I have the first Arno printing, because it has a purple cover, but because of the contradiction of title page cf copyright page, I left the dates as 1975-04, as they were before I edited this record. [... clarkmci, May 2015]
