  • Amazon UK gives May 2008 (but no image, which is unusual these days for a new book.)
  • Copy used for this data purchased at a local bookshop in Australia on 3 August 2008. The Australian HarperCollins website gives a release date (for Australia?) of 1 August 2008.
  • Google searches on 4 August 2008 show this ISBN only listed on Australian and NZ on-line bookshops.
  • Amazon UK also lists a "paperback" with ISBN 978-0007275694, released May 2008 (possibly a smaller tp, going by the dimensions quoted). This ISBN is slightly higher than that of the copy used for this data.
  • The copyright page used for this data states "First published in hardback in Great Britian ...2008". There is a "1" on a line by itself which looks like it's indicating a first printing. There is nothing mentioned about a paperback edition.
  • The UK HarperCollins site (as at 4 August 2008) only lists a July 2008 hardcover ISBN: 978-0-00-727566-3.
• No printed price. (Price on Australian HarperCollins website is $19.99)
• Cover appears to be the same as the image on Amazon UK of the hc, so that image has been used.
