Kerr, Townsend, and Kerr illustrated the original, serial publications of the three stories, and it must be expected contains reproductions of the same illustrations. See the fiction and interior art records for more information, including the identification of Elissa illustrator Townsend whose signature "F. H. ..." is illegible.
