- Although the cover gives the title as "The Second Pacific Book of Australian Science Fiction", the title page has "... Australian SF".
- The stories/poems by Loran, Kline, Johnston, Stewart, Baxter, Roberts & Harding are reprints. The book does not give the dates of original publication, although the publications are given. The Loran, Baxter & Harding can be dated reliably; however (as at May 2008), the others are unknown. (The original publications were generally not in the "SF" sphere.)
