The title is in gold-foil above the boat sails - hasn't come out well on the scan. A better version of the cover can be seen on the Quentaris website (October 2012).
The reference to Paul Collins in the author field in Worldcat is because he is one of the editors of the series. This is made slightly clearer in the Details section.
