This revised omnibus has added ToC items 'An Apology', 'Introduction to the Electronic Publication of John the Balladeer' and the entire contents of 'John the Balladeer' entered as individual ToC items. (Unlike Old Nathan, where the collection itself was noted in the ToC but the works themselves were only identified on the page where each work began).
