The uncredited artist on pp. 28, 30 and 32 was erroneously credited as Ole E. Peterson in Weirdbook 16. Editor W. Paul Ganley was unable to identify the artist's name from his records.
Two paragraphs of "Holy Fire" by Darrell Schweitzer which were erroneously deleted from the story's appearance in Weirdbook 17 are included in W. Paul Ganley's Foreword.
"Lycanthropy" by Alexander M. Phillips is a previously unpublished poem from the Unknown Worlds inventory.
"The Field of Martyrs' Bones" is a translation by William Scott Home of the original French version by Alfred Jarry.
Artwork on pp 11 & 50 by J. Borkowski is reprinted from "Sorcerer's Apprentice", 1981. Half-tones here are copyrighted 1983.
