Cover artist per copyright column on p.3 The art on pp.47-51 is not specifically credited, though the contents indicates "Art Staff". All of the pieces have signatures which matched to the listing of staff on p.3 except for the piece on p.51, and the signature on that piece was very clearly readable Staff list per p.3:
