"Dowsers Detect Enemy's Tunnels" is listed in table of contents as "Military Analysis", & appears to be a reprint from the New York Times, October 13, 1967. It is subtitled "Coat Hangars Also Used by Marines to Find Mines".
The review of "Spectrum 5" on p. 161 discusses only its introduction, in an essay about SF criticism by mainstream reviewers. There is a review of the book as a whole on p. 167.
