The reviews on pp. 161-163 are of juvenile SF (presented as potential Christmas gifts - I guess publishing delays got in the way). Miller says they're in order from best to worst, except for The Young Unicorns which is good but only borderline SF.
The review of Welcome to Mars! omits the exclamation mark from the title.
