Vol. LXIV, No. 2. Cover art for "The Law Breakers" is credited (TOC) to "Freas" but is signed "Kelly Freas". Cover art attribution is noted in "In Times to Come" from the September 1959 issue. Interior art credits are at beginning of each story (except for "Unspecialist"), always giving a single name (such as "Freas"). The interior illustrations credited to Freas are all signed "Kelly Freas" and thus are so listed here. There is no formal credit for the illustration to "Unspecialist". "Blood From Turnips ... Almost!" is listed as a "Science Fact Article". The Astounding and Nebula Polls are in "The Reference Library" column.
