Some titles tweaked cf the TOC (& Locus 1) - using the version straight above the start of the relevant items.
"The Art of Writing Cover Letters ..." isn't in the Locus 1 listing.
The credit for the illustration accompanying "Them Bones" was inferred by comparing signatures with the credited illustration for "Platform 79".
