  • The Aurealis website gives a publication month of April which appears to be in error. Locus gives November in its issue grid, which is also consistent with the publication schedule*. (presumably, old Aurealis website - publication dates not on new website from November 2014 - [here]. (October 2015) [...clarkmci])
    * ... copyright page states "appears twice a year: June and December".
    The issue has the results of the first Aurealis Awards - for works published in 1995, therefore, December seems the most likely month. That is, going with the copyright page's stated schedule.
  • US Price US$4.50 (from cover).
  • As well as there being specific artwork to illustrate several of the stories (by other artists), Shaun Tan provided other art for the issue, e.g. beside the TOC. This has been put as a general item.
    None of the illustrations in this issue are full-page.
