The "review" by Orval Graves appears to be an elaborate hoax. Note that the name of the "author" of the book is Orval's name in reverese: "L'Avro". The record has chosen to make the review into an essay. While "The Ghost of Me" is states as "Illustrated by Kolliker", the illustration on page 88 is clearly signed "EDC"
