We have included only the issues that we know existed. It seems likely that there was a volume 3, but we have not uncovered any such issues.
With volume 4, only the last issue has a known publication year; vol. 4 1-3 are "presumed" years of publication.
It appears that Allen Curry, Marla Gold, and Paula Gold were the "primary" editors. Art Metzger was the reviews editor, Mike Streff was the art editor, and we do not know what role Ric Bergman played.
