Capitalization of this title is uncertain; we use that reported in the August 8, 1980 minutes of WSFA, the Washington (D.C.) Science Fiction Association. The title appears to be a combination of WSFA + Fan + initials of Avedon Carol, but that would make the last "c" capitalized. Ran for 7 issues, then continued by "Blatant".
Issue #1 was almost certainly published in 1980, but we have not found documentation to verify this.
