Tom Swift [3]
The fourth Tom Swift series
Published only in paperback, by the Simon & Schuster imprint {{publisher|Archway / Pocket Books}}.
The first three series, published 1910 to 1984, had been produced by the Stratemeyer Syndicate. Simon & Schuster had acquired all Stratemeyer properties in the mid-1980s and this series was produced by its contractor Mega-Books.
Set on Earth with occasional voyages to the moon. The first book makes clear, as the preceding series did not, that Tom Swift Jr., son of the original, remains the protagonist.
