Jim Knighthorse is a private investigator who appears in the "Samantha Moon / Vampire for Hire" series of urban fantasy novels. He also has a series of adventures of his own. According to reviews, some of the latter contain metaphysical elements, but otherwise are non-speculative mysteries.
