The authorship of this series is not clarified beyond doubt. For at least the first 100 numbers it was written by Ernst Vlcek who was also responsible for the story outlines or, in German, Exposés. Vlcek wrote the last outline für #181 and in his ''farewell message'' to the readers he called Peter Terrid a pillar of support to successor Giesa.
By comparing the resp. essay's style it appears conclusive that Terrid took over Mythor's Welt with Mythor #163 which was also the start of a new plot. The last numbers of Mythor's Welt were published under Terrid's name in the magazine ''Magira''.
