This was a temporary publication paid for and sent out by David Brin to keep the SFWA rolling until The SFWA Bulletin and The SFWA Forum could resume. It was a time when the SFWA was in chaos and members were leaving. Brin credits Greg Bear and his wife with helping him save the organization.
