First published in The Tatler in December 1922 and was later collected in Lawrence's Nights of the Round Table (Hutchinson, 1926). This collection was reprinted in a popular edition as part of Hutchinson's Readers' Library series in 1947.
It is unclear whether or not the 1922, 1926 texts differ from the 1947 text.
