This title record refers to four repetitions of the same illustration, depicting a male and a female head arranged in the form of a yin-yang symbol. The same illustration also appears in "Jerry Cornelius: His Lives and His Times" (Gollancz, 2014) and, from the acknowledgments in that collection, first appeared in "The Final Programme" (Allison & Busby, 1969).
