"The Humbug" is {{Tr|Edward Baxter}}.
This translation begins:
"On a March day in 1863 I boarded the steamboat Kentucky, which travels back and forth between New York and Albany."
The original story as published in 1910 had been edited by Michel Verne. The subsequent article talks about the publication of the original (French) version. The notes make it unclear if this translation is of the 1910 version or the later original. It appears to be of the 1910 version.(Source: The Jules Verne Encyclopedia).
