Ormondroyd explais that a sequel was never intended, but last chapters of Time at the Top laid the groundwork unwittingly. He returned to the 1963 story joyfully, writing the 1975 sequel.
All in Good Time "ends with a hint that a second sequel might be impossible. Ignore it, please." Editor, publisher, and writer were happy with returning to the story once.
A short two pages in print.
