Only 6 of 12 stories are illustrated, probably all from earlier publications of those stories in periodicals.
The 1st ed., viewed as e-copy at HathiTrust Digital Library, contains 24 illustrations, the frontispiece and 23 plates not included in the pagination:
-- stories 1-3, 9, 11 are illustrated by Millar (21 drawings)
-- story 4 is illustrated by Pryse, "The Princess and the Hedge-Pig" (3 paintings?)
-- stories 5-8, 10, 12 are unillustrated
Three of the stories were published in The Strand Magazine with the same drawings by Millar (stories 1, 3, 11). Two others, "The Mixed Mine" (2) and "The Related Muff" (9) have drawings clearly signed and dated by Millar, 1908 and 1905 respectively.

In The Strand, Millar illustrated several serial novels and several other stories by Nesbit, at least 1899 to 1913; exceptionally Pryse illustrated her 1910 serial novel The Magic City.
But only 3 of these stories were published in The Strand apparently.
