In I Got References it forms the first section of Chapter One which has the heading "The Saint, The Prince, The Nitwits, and The Martyr". It is not labelled as fiction and does not appear in any of the author's short story collections. It is a biographical vignette of someone that the author appears to know and although it is listed as a short story on harlanellison.com it may be mostly or wholly non-fiction.
