Following Jules Verne's novel in the 1876 All Around the Moon (1st ed. of the Roth translation), Locke's moon story is published under the "Great Astronomical Discoveries" heading (p433), following a leaf that displays the full Moon Hoax title as "by Richard Adams Locke" (p431). The Contents listing (p6) is "Appendix:", next line "The Moon Hoax, by R. Adams Locke, 431".
