This work spans pp. 373-400 in the 1976 hardcover 1st ed. and 1990 trade paperback reprint. As of December 2019, Google Books provides some "Preview" of, and Amazon.com {{ASIN|0801840627}} provides some "Look inside" the reprint. Experience on multiple visits shows that the latter must be recommended, as the "Look" reliably includes most of pp. 373-400.
