Dr. Bryan and his brain surgeon friend Carter, help the police investigate a murder. Bryan figures out that Carter himself did it, and Carter admits that he killed the man - a war criminal responsible for killing Carter's family. Carter then explains tht his intellect and strength comes from high tension electricity.<br>
