The Story of the Greek Slave

Frederick Marryat

First published 1834
Type Short Fiction

  • From The Pacha of Many Tales (1834), chapter 2. Chapter 2 contains relatively little of the frame story before and after the Greek slave's story.

  • The Metropolitan Magazine (Saunders and Otley) published an irregular serial "The Pasha of Many Tales" as (quote) by the author of "The King's Own."
