This short story was published in "Adam" magazine by Knight Publishing in March 1969 (Vol 13 #3). The original title "Dunderbird" with the Harlan Ellison ending was published by Galaxy (Jan 1969). The alternate ending by Keith Laumer was published in Adam (Mar 1969) with the variant title "Street Scene".
