Based on a story by John Russo, Russell W. Streiner, and Ricci Valentine. This appears to be the novel version of an unproduced screenplay sequel to film "Night of the Living Dead (1968)". The film "The Return of the Living Dead" (1985) does not appear to be based on this novel, although both are a part of "The Living Dead" series.
